By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Premium Roofing Ltd. provides residential and commercial roofing services in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley. Our services include, but are not limited to:
All work is subject to a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
Written estimates provided by Premium Roofing Ltd. are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if hidden damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work.
Any change orders or modifications to the original scope of work require written approval from both parties. Work commences upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.
A deposit is required before work begins, typically 30–50% of the project total depending on scope. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Accepted payment methods include cheque, e-transfer, and credit card. Late payments are subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Premium Roofing Ltd. provides a 15-year workmanship warranty on applicable installations. Manufacturer warranties apply separately and vary by product.

Premium Roofing Ltd. obtains all required building permits for roofing work. All work is performed in accordance with BC Building Code standards and applicable municipal regulations.
The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from their homeowner association (HOA) or strata council prior to commencement of work.
Premium Roofing Ltd. is fully insured, carrying commercial general liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage for all employees and subcontractors.

Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project in question.
The homeowner grants Premium Roofing Ltd. reasonable access to the property for the duration of the project.

We take reasonable care to protect landscaping and surrounding property; however, minor disruption may occur during roofing operations.
Cancellation before work begins: the deposit will be refunded minus any material costs already incurred.
Cancellation after work begins: payment is due for all work completed to date plus any materials ordered or delivered.
Weather delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation. Premium Roofing Ltd. will reschedule work at the earliest available opportunity following weather-related delays.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through direct communication first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to mediation conducted in Kelowna, BC.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
All photographs, videos, written content, and other materials on this website are the property of Premium Roofing Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We may photograph or video completed projects for use in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the homeowner opts out in writing prior to project completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Roofing Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or these terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Premium Roofing Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
