Yes. Soffit vents, powered fans, and many ridge vent systems can be added to existing roofs. Some ridge vent installations work best during a re-roof, but we have solutions for every situation.
Ridge vents run the full length of your roof peak, providing continuous exhaust along the entire ridge. Box vents (also called static vents) are individual units placed at intervals. Ridge vents are more effective because they exhaust evenly across the entire attic, while box vents create localized exhaust points that can leave dead zones.
